Yantai Tashan South Road Pingdingshan Tunnel is 870 meters long, with two-way six-lane slow-moving systems on both sides at the same time, allowing vehicles and pedestrians to pass. The tunnel has a large cross-section and complex geological conditions. In order to overcome the geological defects of the tender section, the tunnel construction introduced advanced equipment such as world-class double-arm rock drilling rigs and automatic wet spraying machines, which not only improved the construction efficiency, but also reduced the risks of manual operations.
